On Tuesday 17 March 2009, Spanish Defence Attaché COL Eduardo PALOMO BLANCO  visited the JCBRN Defence Centre of Excellence in Vyškov.

          The Director of the JCBRN Defence COE COL Zdeněk ČÍŽEK presented the JCBRN Defence COE mission and tasks. COL Eduardo PALOMO BLANCO was informed about the current status and way ahead. The both parties discussed future cooperation.
