The Joint Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defence Centre of Excellence brought together experts from Organisation on Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, 31st CBRN Defence Regiment of the Czech Armed Forces and the Military Research Institute Brno and organized Chemical Live Agents Training for CBRN Defence specialists from the Alliance’s Partner countries of the Mediterranean Dialogue (http://www.nato.int/cps/en/natohq/51288.htm).

Human Factors and Medicine (HFM-273) Long-Term Scientific Study on Chemical, Biological and Radiological Defence (LTSS) 2nd meeting was hosted by Science & Technology Organization in Paris, France 15-18 November 2016. JCBRN Defence CoE representative from Transformation Support Department has supported the meeting.

Consequence Management after a CBRN Incident Course was organized by the Joint CBRN Defence Centre of Excellence from 28 November to 2 December 2016.

The aim of the course was to introduce and describe Consequence Management after a CBRN Incident, NATO Crisis Management concept, organization, systems and procedures including Cooperation and Partnership initiatives in CBRN Crisis / Consequence Management to NATO & Partner Nation officers and their civilian equivalents.

Students (16 in total) were from BEL (2), CAN (1), GRC (1), HRV (1), ITA (8), SVN (1) and SRB (2).
